What year and model are you talking about?
Did you bleeb the air out of the engine after you changed the coolant?
If you turn the heater on when it is hot do you get alot of heat or is it cool?
How many miles on the engine?

You're down to 2 options, a plugged up radiator or a head gasket.

Well it also can be thermostat with incorrect temp. settings. There are like 3 of general settings to my recollection.. Or can be bad coolant mixture :) Can be also fun clutch snuffing it.

But most likely its what Mike said - clogged radiator.
