Reading codes
p0300 is random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
po303 Cylinder 3 misfire detected
A complete list of codes can be found at www.robisonservice.com/servicedep/rover_obd2.asp
Check spark plugs 3 misfired that only means the match to it did as well so I would start with plugs and wires then I'd check Coil pack Number 1 reading /right to left i beleive to see if it is burnt
