Raised exaust

Has anyone raised their exaust? Other than the Greg Davis raised exaust. I'm looking for any ideas, thoughts, etc. for something significantly high, okay just above the bumper. I'm talking semi smoke stacks, just above a reasonable water line.

I don't think there are too many of us that take our Rovers swimming to the extent that you do. I have seen some of your pictures and I don't even know where to suggest you start.
Let me know what you come up with.
