Well to date I have replaced the following items,
Fuel pump
Fuel pump relay
ECM

The stealership told me that the reason for the shutdown was a bad ECM. Replaced it and she still shuts down. Acts like there is no fuel or very erratic fuel flow. This only happens after it warms up. It will not start again at all and if it does it is only after about a half hour of sitting. Give it another ten miles or so and she starts starving again.

I am at a loss on this one. Been to the dealer got *****, been to an indie, got ***** (told fixed broken ground wire).

This is starting to make me insane. Going to have to blow this truck up soon.

ANY IDEAS ANYONE?

Try changing the fuel filter and the fuel temp sensor. Joey said that a bad sensor will cause this problem. I have the same problem and I have changed the sensor but still trying to get some time to change the filter.

I'll let you know if the filter change solves my problem.

Good luck

I am wondering in skyguy's issue if it isn't the fuel pressure modulator that is causing his issue.

Fuel pressure regulator! That may be my problem too. Where is it and how hard is it to replace?

Thanks Joey

Wish I could tell you, but I am in LA Cali this week, so I don't have any of my stuff on my laptop.
