Hello! My list ends with........
For now though, w/vacation less than 1 week away, my main concern is that the rover will make it there and back again. Yet to install are: New fuel pump, HD steering rods, some asst. hoses, misc. small parts. I also need to: Rebush, Isolate springs, HD brake lines, rock sliders, and skid plates.

Project List is Long, but here is the short version:

1. Install duel electric fan to replace clutch fan.
2. Install O2 Simulator for rear O2 Sensors (they complain about headers)
3. Build and install new front bumper.
4. Install High output Steering pump with pressure regulator for steering box.
5. Install 12k Hydralulic Winch
6. Explain to wife that cheap step rail have got to find a new owner.
7. Spend more time playing off road then typing at 11pm at night while rebuilding computers.

Updated list (post trip experience leading to new thoughts):


  1. Line-X / Herculiner entire rear of truck
  2. Reposition tie-down points in rear
  3. Install rear lower shock mounts
  4. Install front 3" springs
  5. Protection of some sort for exhaust system (cat back)
  6. Rethink need for, and setup of, front aux lights
  7. Replace front right turn signal
  8. Replace factory antenna
  9. Install CB antenna and set up CB
  10. Grind off extraneous brackets, etc. on underbelly (i.e., brackets that fasten to runningboards, etc.)

Well i finally covered some stuff from my list, next goals:
- recieve and put in ARB broken bloody air pipe thingy (been eaten through by crown ring).
- replace cat convertors (no pets gonna be harmed, i swear)
- new exhaust would be very nice
- finally install rear work light
- get rid of very irritating clunk on acceleration (happens on abrupt acceleration)
- electric fan conversion (possibly)
- get side markers on bumper
- get winch (EP9.0)
- replace windshield (huge crack in there)
