Suspension Height fault

Hey everyone

So i have a 2010 LR4 and occasionally the suspension raises to the off-road height claiming that there is an obstacle when im just on parked on my driveway !

Any ideas ?

It could be one of your suspension height sensors faulting out, thinking it is fully extended (high centered) thus causing it to raise to extended mode/off road height.

Do you run lift rods by chance? Have a GAP IID tool?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I don’t use rods or have a gap IID tool.
How would I know which of the 4 sensors is bad ?

You're going to need to read the codes from the air suspension module. The IID tool is a forum favorite here, and might still be on sale at Lucky 8.

The IID tool can also show what each height sensor is doing. Sometimes when you overextend a sensor off roading you can get a suspension fault, but that shouldn't be happening in your driveway.
