Hey all, first post. I was unable to find anything regarding my issue, sorry if I missed it.

Anyway…I noticed what I thought was a **** hanging from my LR4. After investigating I found it was a grounding strap dangling from the transfer case? Correct my terminology if necessary. Does anyone know where the other end should go? Could someone crawl under their’s and snap a picture of what it’s supposed to look like?

I’ve attached a picture of the strap I’m asking about. Thanks in advance!

You can see here just at the top of the frame when I’m under the car where it attaches above the exhaust

No sweat. Just make sure that the terminations either end of the strap are not too corroded. If they are don’t be scared of removing it and cleaning things up with emery paper or wire wool before reinstalling. And make sure it’s nice and tight.

Hey I was wondering if you had any fault codes when it wasnt attached? I'm getting some low pressure code of p0087 and wondering if it's related.
