I tried taking LR to task on this. My tires were unevenly worn in the rear (only on the passenger side) and they wouldn't budge. I paid for the alignment and didn't get ANY re-imbursement for the tires. I was WAY over the 15k miles mark, but honestly the tire that first went bad had only been on for about 4 months and maybe 10,000 miles. I'd replaced it because the original got gouged on a trail run I was on. ...but there is no way to prove that.
Consequently, due to LR's handling of this, I've contacted a Lemon Law Lawyer; they will handle things from here. I'm very disappointed that LRNA didn't take more ownership of this problem. You guys should've heard the ridiculous arguments they made with me over the phone.
