I bought one of the oil evacuators from Harbor Freight, think its a "Holt". When I tried to use it, the rubber adapters were such a hard rubber I couldn't get it onto the tube under the oil cap to suck out the oil. What model evacuators are you guys using, and are the rubber connectors a soft rubber?
This is the first vehicle I have owned that requires the oil to be changed this way, I usually prefer the old school drain plug method.

This may be redundant, but it's not exactly 'required'. But considering the giant time consuming PITA it is to get to the drain plan (on mine anyway) the evacuator is your best bet.that requires the oil to be changed this way, I usually prefer the old school drain plug method
