Where can I buy a front end conversion for the 98 to 02 Range Rover?

Hey i need a couple websites that I can purchase the front end conversion for the 98-02 Range Rover to look like the new body style?

Not sure if there is a kit... go to a junk yard and find a rear ended Rover and buy the front clip...
