I thought I'd post this as an FYI for anybody that either had replaced and/or disconnected your battery or experienced your windows no longer automatically rolling up with the firm pull of the button.
After experiencing the issue myself I found that upon disconnecting the battery the windows and sunroof have to be reset/recalibrated. There's a section around pg200 in the manual that explains how to do it. For me I had to roll all windows up, release the button, then hold the button up again for 1sec on each window... You'll hear a small click once reset.
Just FYI to all. I initially thought it was a fuse and it wasn't at all obvious.
