Yeah, checked em and they are good. They work in manual but thats it.

Oh, in that case the switch is probably going bad... normal... mine doesn't work correctly till it gets warm (same issue for 7 years, just to cheap to fix it.)

So the wipers do work but not on intermitent? If that's the case, yes, it is probably switch related.

On the delayed wipe I had my wiper stop in the middle of the windshield until I hit the wiper lever again. All it was was the contact points not staying closed running off the cam in the wiper motor gerarbox. A common failure item and an easy fix. Spare wiper motors and switches from Pick N Pulls for a couple bucks, take your pick on what has failed.
