There's an oil-change thread that delves into oils ad nauseum. Bottom line is I would not stray from 5w-20. New Land Rover recommendation is 0w-20, but common belief is that's an attempt to eek a tiny fraction of some additional MPG out of the engines. 5w-20 is best.

Think I've mentioned this in other threads, but unless you routinely have to shoo penguins or polar bears away from the truck when parked outside, there is absolutely no need to use 0W-20 and almost zero difference in cold flow, vs 5W-20 (assuming both are full synthetics, because nobody would use cheap oil in a $10k engine, right?).Eh I dunno, I think the 0 may help with cold start oiling. Once it comes up to temp it acts as a 20.
