I may not be using the tool right, or not understand the limitations, or something. But...

Literally the only things that seems to actually adjust height on my 2016 LR4 are these:
- the "height control" screen, which just duplicates the panel control, and
- the step-by-step "calibration" screen, which walks you through all four corners, where those main up/down arrows interact with the selected corner

But...

But there are at least two other screens that seem like they ought to do something, but don't. See attached.

The "default/highway/setting2/setting3" screen seems to do nothing. I can't interact with any of the UI elements, so I have no idea how I would set up any of those settings.

The other calibration screen would be really handy...if it did something. But only the wizard-style calibration works for me.

And I cannot for the life of me figure out how, without re-calibrating, one would adjust the heights temporarily for leveling a vehicle at the camp sight, for example.

For leveling at a camp site, you could go into the service/test section, under suspension there's an option to test valves that lets you adjust each axle or corner individually. I think it defaults to axle, and you can toggle whether the two wheels are locked by using the icon in the middle of the axle. When you're done you have to put the car back into customer mode, I think the option is reset eas under the suspension service section.

I'm working from memory here so things may be slightly different.

Thanks, @ftillier , I'll try the "test valves" method.
Do you (or anyone else) have any success in getting the two screens in that second post to do anything at all?

I haven't ever tried, and don't have the tool with me at the moment. I ended up getting the xlifter for self leveling, so only use the iid tool for diagnostics.

If leveling for camping is the goal, it does seem from most posts that people go xlifter. If you're like me and need to play around with total height, then you use the screen shown in your second post, first pic to add a saved height setting. Powerful UK has a video on all this too.

The "height control" is similar to the actual button to lift/lower the vehicle and the oem restrictions apply.

Calibration is to calibrate the height sensors according to factory specs. I recommend staying within a 15mm or 1/2" from factory specs posted on the guided version. Anything more or less will eventually result in suspension fault issues. I have first hand experiences, trial by error.

The "default highway/setting2/setting3" is the screen you want to make custom adjustments. Just long-press each one of them to customize it, name change and 5mm increments. For example, you can name it "Levelled" with a +15mm only in the front by unlocking the front and rear link. Other example, "+30mm" for a 1.25" lift, "+55mm" for a 2.125" lift, or "-15mm" for -0.5" drop.

The test valve method is not meant for everyday use and normal driving. It's great for leveling if you have the patience. Also great for emergency use too.
