Next question, are these all the same part?

Like if you order the Original Equipment item, its going to be the same as the Land Rover branded part, correct?

I'd think so, but make sure you get the headlights for the left hand drive models.

Conversely, if I add the Adaptaptive Lights, and swap the non-adaptive lighting ECM for an adaptive ECM under the dash, should they work?

2012 model for reference.

Why do I need to make sure to get left have drive parts? Can’t you just change the beam pattern?

nope. the cut-off is different. in addition you will have increased light output over the nar variant with a sharper beam pattern without the dimples on the projector for some headlights.
