'00 Disco II Climate Control

Could someone tell me either the formula to convert celcius to farenheit or how to get my climate control display to read right on this side of the pond?

1) Press and hold the air recirculation button.
2) At the same time, press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds.
3) A 'bleep' will sound to indicate that the conversion has taken place.
