06RR HSE:rear doors-power steering-trunk issues after engine was turned off

Hi,
Sometimes when I walk up to my 2006 RR HSE and want to open up my car, it will only open up the 2 front doors.
The rear doors, trunk and fuel cap will remain locked.
When I start the engine, I don't have power steering.
After a while when I notice the rear doors finally will unlock as I kept hitting the lock button, I restart the engine, which opens up a hydraulic valve (I assume) and I finally have power steering.

This happens randomly:
-after a cold night
-parked at work with normal ambient temperatures
-even when I turned off the engine for couple minutes after a long drive

I have this happen to me once 3 mornings in a row. But then the 4th morning, which was far colder than the other 3, the car worked fine.


I don't think it is the battery, because I don't have any problems starting the engine. It turns over nicely.
I checked fuse box, everything is good there.


I just cant figure out what/how/why this affects rear doors, trunk lid, fuel cap and power steering.
Seems a lot of different elements on different circuits.
