2012 Range Rover Rear View Mirror

I have looked in my manual and cannot find guidance on how to adjust the rear vew mirror, is it automatic on these vehicles? or does it have that electrochromatic ?
Anyway, I would like to adjust it but am clueless!'
Looked on you tube cannot find anything. Does anyone know how to or give reference?

Found out its a manual move, even though they are stiff
