Anybody else have their rear wheel well adhesive trim peeling off?

We finally had that rare warm day in winter so I decide to wash my road salt and mud-covered LR4. I opened the rear doors to hose down the edge of the door where all the road crud gathers. Then looking at the wheel well, I see that the black adhesive molding is sagging and peeling off. I presume that molding is there to help prevent corrosion on the metal. I checked my wife's LR4 and it has the same problem as mine. At least her LR4 is still under warranty so I'll make the dealer fix the issue on hers.
