Can't open sun roof(s)

I just found and fixed the window ECU now I can lift my rear windows. The sunroofs won't open.

I will go check the fuse tomorrow.

I see there is an ECU for sale. Where is it located in the truck? Is the ECU repairable like the window ECU?

Welcome to the forum. I would start with fuses and check the switches. If you have a D1 or D2, leaving the sunroof closed is always the best option. They tend to be loose and rattle as well as when you do have issues they can be a pain to fix.

There are switches in the front and the rear. If the switches are bad should I expect the other set to work?

The switches may be unplugged. I know I unplugged mine in my D1. Kept people from trying to open them.
