I have e 2001 Land Rover Freelander 1 diesel, When I drive at over at or over 70mph (120kph) the accelerator gets stuck on full throttle giving out lots of black smoke, the pedal itself isnt stuck to the floor board, it like its on cruise control which I dont have . if I push in the clutch it just revs like crazy and redlines. I then brake to under 60mph and it its stops and its back to normal, revs drops and no smoke. Its like the car goes on auto pilot... It`s frightening!
I know it`s not a physical link. It works through the computer. Could this be sorted out with tunning?

It drives fine until one drives over 65 to 70mph (130kph) then it it starts revving flat out, with black smoke....

Please Help.
