LOL...many of us with a D-5 are looking or have changed it from Discovery to LAND ROVER ....

Comical. The Land Rover people want Discovery... The Discovery people want Land Rover.
Reminds me of the Euro E-Code headlight situation. I purchase ECE headlights to install on my vehicles and the SAE/NAR versions I sell to people in ROW/EU who want the amber reflector despite the decreased light output and gross beam pattern.

I’d like to replace the LR4 badge with a proper discovery 4 badge on the rear of mine.

I changed mine to 'Discovery 4' years ago. Got the badge from a UK seller.

I think the lettering on the hood is iconic and would not remove it.

I'm annoyed that the black package only says LR4 in the back. Ideally I'd put DISCOVERY on the left and HSE V8 on the right. I wonder if they sell those in gloss black.
