I have no problem with Nick wanting 22s, I think a person can do what ever they want to as long as it doesn't endanger others (although spinners can make you dizzy). But what are the purpose of these wheels, besides looks of course. If you put these on a sport ute, doesn't it completely compromise its ability to be a utility vehicle. No one wants to take a $400-4000/ wheel vehicle in mud, dirt, sand, or snow. I would even be hesitant to drive them in the rain, because of road grime. I see dubs like foot binding, just ruins good transportation for style points. I say, save your money buff your 16s, put some good mud/all terrains on your D1 and call it good. Or save your money and put a down payment on a LR3. I have always found that financially and emotionally it is cheaper to get what you want instead of trying to turn what you have into something else. Completely opinionated statement based on my short life.
