Done with mechanics/anyone know what this cylinder bank,cam cover bolt is called

Mine has the stud and nut and I know it to be factory as I have owned the truck since new and the valve covers have never been off.

Mine shouldn’t have been off either since factory but all the pictures I saw of the engine on other lr4s didn’t have the stud and nut. Perhaps they’ve all done work on them and rearranged it a different way?
