How do you know it is not the bulb, have you checked both fuses?
you've already pulled the connectors (clean?)
& of course you've checked for voltage to ground @ the connectors.
If the fuse(s) are good, you have voltage, connectors are clean, then your bulbs are burned out. (two low & one high)
don't know where the headlight relay is, but since one bulb half works, I'd suspect that last
the rave cd has great wiring diagrams & descriptions of operations.
