Pretty much every vehicle equipped with the Ford "beltminder" system uses the same procedure to disable / enable the reminder chime.

Yes, you can reset the service reminder indicator of any LR4 with IIDTool (as of MY2014, you can reset it manually as well.)

umberto, how do you know all this stuff? You're like a living service manual. ;-)

Are there a list of US distributors for these tools? I looked in the Lucky8 website, couldn't find it. Are they only sold in Canada or Europe? I may need to invent a business trip to Toronto.
All my searches have come up with nothing in the US, not sure where you gents are getting yours. I have emailed them but no answer either. Any help appreciated, thanks.

You need to call Lucky 8. Their site is terrible.

Thank you Umberto. Is that the only place in the US?

I just wanted to add that they are actually really good at emailing back. Usually within an hour if it's during business hours and/or not a holiday.
I bought mine directly from them in Montreal.
I do believe that Lucky8 is the sole US distributor. BritParts might be too but I'm not sure if they're US based.

Actually Britpart (UK based) is GAP's exclusive worldwide distributor, Lucky8 happens to be one of their US sub-distributors. There are others (Atlantic British is another one IIRC, but their prices are usually higher), if you email Britpart - perhaps even the guys at GAP - they should provide you with a listing.

I dealt with Britpart directly and they had an IID Tool out to me in days here in the middle east. I was very impressed!

I just ordered mine from Island 4X4. £320 plus shipping for the DA6408 Bluetooth model.
