Leather Dash Peeling/Pulling Up

I know this is old, but my 2014 HSE LUX just did the same thing. I treat the leather dash so it has to be a design issue. Not looking forward to talking to my dealer about it because I definitely don't want to pay thousands to fix it.

@jonathandc Did you remove the dash pad yourself? Did you have to remove the entire dash unit? What did you replace it with? I’m facing the same problem on my ‘15 LR4. Looking at circa $4,000 in parts and labor. Upholsterers won’t look at it due to a liability concern due to built in airbags. Ty
