Alright. So, it almost stalled-out at idle a couple of times during the past week. It's still WAY better than pre-Sea Foam. Any objeactions to another treatment with Sea Foam? Maybe just the fuel and intake this time?

No issues at all, all it will do is clean up the valves and the pistons... as well as the injectors of course.

It's back, doing the same crap for the past couple of months. I EVEN put a new stepper motor in , and it made no difference. I saw another post about resetting the ECU by unhooking the battery for a few hours, I'll try that. Is there any chance it could be the TPS (throttle position sensor)?

OK. It turns out that it was the BATTERY!!!! It was just on its way out, and I guess it didn't have enough juice to power the system properly. It was a yellow top optima, about 4 years old. It was such a gradual decay over the years I couldn't tell it was fading....Put another optima in, and fires up nice and strong with none of stalling issues that I was having!!!
