Hey Stephen,Extremes are an older bulb and I don't think they come in H11. I used these for high beams and they are yellowish in color and not as bright as the latest CV ultras. But now that Philips makes the CV ultra in H7 for high beams I'm replacing the Xtremes.
Hey Rob,Did the bottom of the package say 12362cv s2? I just got mine and it has the 12362 right under the H11, but the actual number printed on the bottom of the packaging.

Hey starrover,I just upgraded my low and high beams! I was so hesitant to do this on my own, but all the posts here made me confident I could get it done.
Took about 20 minutes with 3 kids running around me - removing the actual bulbs was different from the manual, but I eventually got that figured out. Second one took less than 5 minutes.
If you have been hesitant to do this - you shouldn't be. So glad I did, the difference in color is superb...I can't wait til dark to take it out and see the difference!!
Hey guys I have been reading this thread and am getting ready to make the "leap" and get these replacement lights. The question I have is why hasn't anyone with the stock halogens replaced them with and actual HID Xenon bulb? Is there more to this conversion than just replacing the halogen with the CV bulb that "looks" like an HID bulb? Thanks.
