I just saw a video on youtube today...
.

Apparently there was a TSB that mentions moving the brown/blue bms cable from the positive terminal on the battery over to the positive cable of the main fuse block. I didn't check ohm resistance, I figured if it didn't work I'd check that later. I must say this made a huge difference in charging. I'm now getting a consistent 14.xV charging throughout my 25 mile drive. I typically start off at 14.7V and then progressively drop down to 12.xV throughout the drive.

I just want to update what "fixed" my issue and it's been a week where my starting battery is consistently showing 14.xV. I changed my mega fuse (nothing wrong with it) with a Victron 400A 32V mega fuse.

I also have a spare littlefuse 400A mega fuse, and it's exactly like the oem one without the over-inflated price tag.
