apparently according to Escalade forum members, you shouldn’t have done any of those things and just changed oil and brake pads and would’ve been fine. clearly struck a nerve there. :)

I've had my 2013 LR4 for about 3.25 years and my maintenance costs total $9,621 and my repair costs total $15,817 for a total of $25,439. Maintenance includes standard stuff like oil & filter changes and brake jobs. Repair includes replacing parts such as control arms, air struts, front diff, AC compressor, radiator, motor mounts, expansion tank, water pump, coolant pipes, etc. I guess you just combine it all and consider it maintenance as in maintaining the vehicle as parts wear out.

3 years and one month here… 46-86k, I haven’t included the price of fluids but outside of that I’m still under $2000 in maintenance.
