Damn, I took old Boom Boom in for an oil change at 123,157 miles on the clock and 5,008 miles since his last oil change. Had an appointment for Thursday. On Wednesday I thought, "So nice to just take him in for an oil change and not a repair." Then, of course, I get a suspension fault. Compressor and valve block are going bad. Time to replace. At least I had a nearly-new Arnott compressor and valve block and plastic housing on hand that I picked up from a wrecked 2013 LR4 back in November for $361 for just such an occasion. Still, I'd like to just make it to 2 oil changes in a row without something breaking.
