Need a pic of your fuel filler flap open

I bought my 97 4.6HSE a few days ago & when I fueled up the flap won't stay closed. Looks like the little silver thing that goes into the hole on the flap in stuck in maybe.

I searched & can't find any schematics so if you can let me know how this works or send a pic I would apreciate it. My Workshop CD is in transit.

Is that small black plastic piece still in place on flap?

Mine drops off last winter and it took few minutes to notice why flap won´t stay locked... luckily i found dropped part and it stays in position again.
