Noticing seal cracking around the sunroof

Anyone popped up and checked their sunroof lately and notice that the weather stripping seals around the sunroof is starting to crack or has cracks in it?

I decided to keep my LR4 and had the short roof rails installed today by the dealer. I was looking at it more thoroughly at home and noticed my sunroof seal had spots where it's cracked open. I get my car washed once a month and have never noticed anything but with all the LR3 and a few Lr4 leak issues, I will have to bring this up on my next oil change. I'll take pics tomorrow and post them for reference.

These LR4s are entering their 4th years for us early buyers so I'm starting to be much more observant since I'm still under factory warranty.

I took my old Disco 1 to a LR specialist (not the dealer) a few hundred miles/weeks before my warranty ran out. They provided a very detailed list of faults (mainly leaks and a failing alternator) which I brought to the local LR dealer and had fixed right before the warranty ran out. Perhaps it's the pessimist in me, but I felt they would find things the dealer wouldn't....
