I only have the asfir air tank skid, but my devon 4x4 transmission skid bumps up against the exhaust connector that you can barely see in your 4th picture, that hangs lowers than the LR4's cross member right behind it (right side of pic). My skid is being modified at the moment to drop that area by 1" to clear the exhaust and still mount to the cross member. Otherwise I get horrid noise when the exhaust rests on the skid plate.
