Power outlets. Are any always hot?

Can any of the 12V power points be always hot? I need to be able to charge iPad and phone while engine is off. Is there any way to do this?

They are not hot from the factory, when the power goes out so do the 12V receptacles - perhaps after a few minutes, don't remember for sure. You can make the 3 power points (front passenger, rear passengers and trunk - all of them but the cigarette lighter on the driver's side, basically) always hot by removing a relay and jumping it in the fuse box.
