Restricted operation with Engine knock

Our 2012 LR4 5.0 with 75K miles gave us a check engine light and restricted operation. Engine has a knock and throws these codes p0016 p0017 p052a p054d. I'm hoping someone has seen this before and can give me some advice.

Have never seen those codes, but I wonder if that's related to timing chain issues...

Codes have to do with a discrepancy between the cam and crank timing sensors. If you are hearing a loud knocking or rattling while running then it’s probably the timing tensioners and possibly to the point where it’s skipped timing.

How long have you been going between oil changes?

Knock can also be caused by not using premium fuel.

Does the problem go away when you restart your LR?

All premium fuel, 7500 mile oil interval on Castrol edge synthetic. It does not go away when restarted.
