I called them and said that I noticed that the voice recognition is missing. They said "no problem, we can activate it." This is at no charge. It is an option on the vehicle and they will and cannot charge you. I had an appointment to get the tow electrics installed and programed, so they will do both at the same time.

Thanks, George!

I will call them today or stop by on my way home from work. I appreciate all of your help. I was especially happy that my service manager confirmed what you did - i.e. wait a few months before having the maintenace completed. I'll keep you posted!

Regards, David

I just completed my 1 year service on the LR4. The "Service Required" light started coming on around mid-September. Made my appointment last week, and took the car in on Tuesday, about 2 weeks past the 1 year mark with 11k miles on the car.

No issues and they covered the entire cost, as expected. I was worried about the brakes after reading some posts here about short brake life. But they said everything looked great, including the brakes. Whew! :)
