Smell coming from car when moving

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows why my freelander is giving me a strange smell it is worse when the window is open it smells like oil or coolant but there are no leaks and the temp gauge is fine

Be more specific, coolant has a sweet smell, oil and gas have their own smells as does your exhaust if you have a running issue, kind of like sulfar.

It is and oil type smell there is no water in oil and it is not loosing any oil temp gauge s fine does not over heat stays constant

If it is an oil smell, you have a oil leak that is probably burning of on one of your exhaust manifolds. Time to get it into the shop.
