I want to hear feedback on those who have spot and/or flood accessory lights.

Should I go LED or HID?
Round vs bar?

I know HID is the brightest, but requires a ballast; less space under hood.

I’ve seen the setups. I’m going for quality over looks.

Lazer Lamps make a good pair of bars with a direct harness/relay to battery. Problem is they’re $360ea plus shipping from UK.

KC makes what looks to be a solid round unit. Budgeting $900 or so with ProSpeed grill bracket($200 from Lucky8).

I just got my 9.5" ARB Intensity Lights on my new ARB Summit bar. I love these driving lights. I got one spot 10 degree beam, and one flood 20 degree beam. The flood is still pretty tight beam pattern. They don't spill light to the sides a whole lot which is surprising for LED. I don't have night comparison shots yet, but I am really pleased.
