Anyone here using their LR3 for work-related drives or sales calls? If so, how much does your company reimburse you for wear and tear? Is there an average national rate? I'll be driving around Florida beginning September 1st and would like to make sure I am covered...Currently, my 2006 is up to 45k miles with a 6yr/100k mile extended warranty. It's running solid and want to keep it that way. All suggestions appreciated..Thanks.

On the few occasions where I visit a local client and drive my own vehicle I just expense the mileage at the national rate. We use $0.55/mile regardless of vehicle, be that an LR3 or a Smart Car.

I do the same. I put 1000 miles a week on Red Rover, and I simply deducte miles on my tax return at the standard rate of 0.55 USD.
