Thanks for the thread reference. I didn't see it in the LR4 forum (bad search) but also didn't want to lure our LR4 folks into the D5 channel. :)

Looks similar to Lucky8's wheel.

Lucky 8's wheel requires a spacer on the LR4, though, the same as a 18" LR3 wheel does.

Nice to have another alternative, but...... I'll be sticking with my Compos.

Almost a thousand dollars cheaper for a set of 5 though...

But when you think about it, this truck is a BOAT... (Bust Out Another Thousand)

Check the weight rating before you buy a set of steel wheels.

I looked at some at one point and decided against them for that reason.

My rig is pushing 8,000 pounds or so, loaded though, so maybe not a concern for everyone.

Went with Compo's instead.

or PLANE (Plan ANother Expense)

I once kept a spreadsheet of mods and costs for my 4. I deleted it because I was afraid the wife might come across it at some point.

By the math...these steelies may be ok...
18" Steel Wheels for Land Rover Discovery

The only legal steel wheel available in Australia is now coming to the USA, it's DOT APPROVED and requires no spacers

TuffAnt MK I - LR3/4 & L320 Offset ET44

TuffAnt MK II -Discovery 5 (MY18 onwards)

LR3/4 and L320, offset ET27 adding a wider stance and added clearance of the calipers

Both MK I and II have a Load Rating of 2205lbs per wheel
