I hate distruction of machinery no matter the brand or model.
From what I see in these few photos that you have no sheet metal damage, what was damaged can be unbolted then replaced.
Broken expensive headlight on modern vehicles, "total it" by insurance companies these days.
Hope you did good with the insurance pay out amount? Also do your own DIY repairs vs being
rip-off by LR Stealership's hourly rates, they would expand the repair cost knowing insurance would pay their inflated repair costs.
The LR now tagged as totaled hurt its value, drive and enjoy it running decades longer propertly maintained (not playing submarine).
One happy son is my guess, "thanks dad".
95 D1 5-speed dealership untouched after end of 7/100K extended warranty by the 1st owner, I had two years getting everything done, service writer and two mechanics also made everything perfect in every detail knowing me personally also being mechanics (radial aircraft engine rebuilding shop R2800's) and machine shop by trade.
Every original suspension joint in the 95 D1 has zerk fittings, 4.9 V8 custom built "T" top liners the DIY engine build.
