Apologies for the delay I had to wait a week for the extra injectors.
My local independent LR mechanic strongly suggested replacing all the injectors on the same bank or at least change the seals/clips.
Getting the fuel rail etc off and removing the 16….. yes 16 electrical connectors to gain access it’s just not sensible to not change out the $75/each injectors. I don’t see any advantage in trying to change just the seals especially the Teflon lower ones.
95% of the work is gaining access to just one and even then one of the others pulled out with the fuel rail.
Anyway it all seems to be ok after 40 miles no codes or GAP tool issues.
Thanks to the forum for advice/help.
I attached a few photos to show what access was needed the trickiest process was removing the front of engine elec connectors which is essential not to damage them by pulling on the wiring loom that runs tightly across the top of the spark plugs/injectors.
A previous owner had “drilled” an access hole for the rear spark plug coil which made it MUCH easier to access.
