Yeah I don't mean to sound like Johnny Rain Cloud about used LR4s. I will give the advice when people ask about them to stay away unless they are a non essential 2nd or 3rd vehicle and/or the owner has the ability to turn wrenches or the capability to pay for unexpected large repair bills ($5kish). I think most problems occur when a new owner stretches their budget to cover the purchase price of said used LR4 as a primary vehicle and then has very little balance sheet flexibility when something goes boom! Owners with limited financial capability would be better off looking at something newer, less complicated and less costly maintenance wise.
