Do all the 2K12 LR4s have nav in motion?

Hi All,
First time posting on this part of the forum. Just upgraded from my LR3 to a 2k12 LR4. I have been reading the LR4 forum for a while though and it would seem that much like the LR3, the 2k10 and 2k11 LR4s had nav disabled while in motion. Much to my surprise my 2k12 has full nav functionality while in motion. Anyone else with a 2k12 have this as well? Or did I maybe stumble upon one that somehow was not disabled prior to transport? I wonder simply because now that I have it, I fear that any services I have may result in it being turned off. And man would that suck. Ha! But anyway, I guess this means that at least for the 2k12, it is possible to somehow have it set to allow it.

What exactly was disabled on your LR3? I don't use the nav when driving that often, but it seems to work while driving on my 2011.

The typical nav issue where the ability to enter any destination or POIs is disabled while in motion. In my 2K12, it now works. Just curious if this is now with all 2K12s or if mine somehow got enabled.

I can enter a destination into the Nav system while driving in my 2011.

Works while moving in my 2012 also. I think they went back to allowing it in the 2012 according to my dealership contact.

I can enter destinations while in motion also. I don't beleive you could in the 2010. I may be mistaken, But I recall not being able to do it.

I have a 2011 LR4 and can enter destination while driving. There is the annoying "agreement" screen everytime I start the car and use navigation, but once I've clicked on the "I Agree" button, then everything is enabled, even while driving.

Thanks for the responses. So I guess it sounds like sometime in the 2k11 model year they must have made the change? I was glad to see this one on mine, since it was one of the things that bothered me most with my LR3.

My 2010 LR4 didn't let you enter NAV destinations in motion. I do believe it was fixed on 2011 LR4s.
