on drive for vacation my left rear wheel's emergency brake failed - i.e. was applied during the drive. LR dealer found faulty module and replaced left rear hub, rotor and pads under warranty- given left was all new, made sense to replace right which i had to pay for -- replaced rotor and pads for $495. car has just under 30,000 miles on it. ugh.
