Gentlemen,
My disco is a 2000 with 149k.
Last week I've encountered a new electrical issue :
• The small red light on my automatic gear box would start to flicker and click whilst normal driving.
• Then a day later, the same light went out and it seemed that I couldn't shift out of Park and into gear. (I later worked out a trick to put it in neutral as I start the engine).
• So I replaced a burnt fuse for the automatic gear box. It seemed to work for a day, yet the problem came back two days later.
Now, more issues have crept up:
• My blinker lights stopped working.
• The power window and sunroof fail to work.
• The passenger lowbeam headlight went out.
• The high beams don't work at all.
I am sure this is a common related issue. The funny thing is that all these things occur during the first 10 minutes of driving, and then they seem to go away, with the exception of the headlights.
