Looks like the factory sold A Bar, but that has been discontinued. I would try ebay or forum for sale sections.

Weren't those "foam" coated to hold the moisture against the steel? might be tough to track down used. I've seen many disintegrate when a wrench looks at them!

Looks like something the California Highway Patrol would of installed for pushing vehicles off the highway. Ugly comes to mind JMO......~~=o&o>......,
