Is three inches as hi as I can go on my 98 disco
Ive gone over ome springs
I don't want to use spacers if I can avoid it
has any one done a coilover conversion?

The question should be to you.... how much can you afford. Anything over 2" and you start to have to buy alot of other items.... I have heard of 5" springs though, just so you know what you can do....

One guy on discoweb is running 3" springs, 2" body lift and 38 inch tires.... what do you want to do and how much you want to spend will make this choices easier.

there is a place in auburn where i live called foothill off road they are full info
and parts to fab up the radius arms I would need for the lift
who makes the 5" springs?

Rovertym makes tall springs. You'll also need to look into your pinion angle and shock length, and cutting sheetmetal to fit bigger tires under there too...
